This company, based in Irún, was founded in 1965, and after three decades of activity it has become a leading firm within the freight transport sector for all the means of transport - road, air and sea. It works both in Spain and internationally, with a network of branches and subsidiary companies in Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Vitoria and Zaragoza, in Spain, as well as in Lisboa and Oporto in Portugal, Hendaye in France, Montreal in Canada and Casablanca in Morocco.

The company Depósitos de Comercio Exterior, S.A. was created in 1965 by a group of Irún-based Customs Agents, and soon embarked on the search for new spaces in which to develop. The slowness of customs formalities made it difficult to store all the goods arriving by rail from the European countries in the customs installations, and the founders of this Guipúzcoa firm, leader in the Spanish and international transport sector, therefore began to look for suitable areas for storing and managing these goods

Four years after the firm's creation, an International Centre was set up in Anaka, Irún, and equipped with Spanish- and European-gauge railway tracks. Both the installations and the firm's activity grew, and delegations were opened in other main cities in order to fulfil the company object, which was to transport goods by all existing means and with no limitations as regards origin or destination. At present the company transports goods both in Spain and internationally, overland, by air and by sea.
